What is the running time of the show?

Approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes, including one 15 minute intermission.

What time should I arrive at the theatre?

Doors open 30 minutes before show time. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before show time.

Is there handicap accessibility and other access for persons with disabilities?

The Broadway Theatre is not completely wheelchair accessible. Here is a breakdown of theatre accessibility:
Entrance: There are no steps into theatre from the sidewalk. Please be advised that where there are steps either into or within the theatre, we are unable to provide assistance.
Restrooms: There is a wheelchair-accessible unisex restroom located on the Lobby Level. Additional restrooms located down 1 flight of stairs (23 steps) and up 1 1/2 flights of stairs (20 steps).
Orchestra Seating: Seating is accessible to all parts of the Orchestra without steps. There are no steps to the designated wheelchair seating location.
Mezzanine Seating: The Mezzanine is located up 2 flights of stairs (31 steps total: 11 steps-landing, 9 steps-landing (with restrooms), 3 steps-landing, 8 steps.) Please Note: On the Mezzanine level, there are approximately 2 steps up/down per row. Entrance to Mezzanine is behind Front Mezzanine row F, and in front of Rear Mezzanine row A.

What other services are available for the physically challenged?

Theatre representatives are available to meet physically challenged theatergoers in the lobby of the building to escort them to designated handicapped areas.

What is the policy on guide dogs and service animals?

Although animals are not permitted in the theatre, an exception is made for guide dogs and service animals. Please inform your ticket sales representative if any accommodations are required.

Is sound enhancement available?

Headsets for sound enhancement are available at the theatre, free of charge. Photo identification is required as a deposit.
